Zakaria Sitchin (1920-2010) eminent biblical scholar and author that spent 60 years researching and translating Sumerian. Clay tablets and other ancient texts that identify Anunnaki and their planet Nibiru.
Zakaria Sitchin talks about Atra Hasis tablet that made its way to the private library of J. Pierpont Morgan in New York circa 1897 containing a colophon notation by tablet scribe that dated the tablet 2 millennium B.C.
Efforts to piece together the text from various sources resulted in tracing in British Museum and in the museum of the Ancient Orient in Istanbul Turkey all three tablets of Babylonica version of Atra Hasis.
Preserved in each. One was the Scribe statement giving his name , title and date of completing the tablet.
This is the Babylonian version of the Noah Deluge tale. And it too was a copy of the original.
In 1914 one of the early Sumer logistics Arno Pieces make known the astounding content of a tablet kept in a fragments box catalogue CBS 10673 in the collection of the Phyladelphia University Museum.
Less than half preserved this reminder of the original Sumerian Deluge Record.
The columns 1 to 3 of the tablet expand the tale. The text describes the circumstances of the Deluge and the events that preceded it.
The text goes back to the time the Anunnaki had come to earth and settled in the Edin.
It was those early days when Anunnaki brought Kingship down from heaven. The text asserts in column 2 that five cities of Gods were founded and they were a located to gods foment Nibiru.
The first of these cities Eridu,
To the leader Nudimmud was given.
The second Bad – Tibiara , he gave to Nugig.
The third Lara to Pabilsag was given.
The forth Sipper he gave to the hero Utu
The fifth Shuruppak to Sud was given.
The disclosure that some time after they arrived to earth but long before Deluge the Anunnaki established five settlements is a major revelation. That cities names and their God rulers are stated is quite astounding.
But what is even more amazing about this list is that four of their sites have been found and excavated by modern archeologists.
The lines relate how Ziusudra (Noah) had been forewarned by God Enki about the Deluge, how Deluge had raged for seven days and nights and how Enlil granted Ziusudra life like a god.
